Its movie time!
I haven't recommended a movie in a while, right? Mainly because I haven't seen anything awesome and also we were watching Orange Is The New Black which btw is absolutely fabulous and everyone must see!
Anyway The Intouchables is one of the best, besht movies I have seen in a bit. It even took away some of the pain caused by Hollywood summer crap like World War Z and other movies I have saved A from but I haven't even been thanked yet for. I also made us watch this horror show called This Is Forty and A stopped mid away and said he wont watch anymore and that I owed him big for this one.
:/ I have to admit it was rather pathetic. Thank god it was on redbox and not 10$ wasted.
As for this one, I laughed pretty much throughout; the end A says was a bit sentimental but I was okay with that. Okay I am going to make it easier and look, a trailer: Intouchables
The only annoying thing, and even this wasn't so bad was that they used a black person to play the helper role while in real life he was French-Algerian bringing to mind all the stereotypes about "magical negro tropes" but somehow perhaps the humor and also the actor playing Driss being so brilliant made it all kind of okay.
